Through innovative pairing of Android devices and radio technologies, RMC JetCon provides a true, real-time tracking system.
A direct radio link eliminates the need for mobile phone service and enables a continuous refresh rate, allowing you to control your jet-ski instantly even in remote locations.
JetCon reduces risk of collision by empowering the tour leader with the ability to modify dangerous behavior remotely – all from a master unit linked to a simple, user-friendly app on their android phone.
Jet-ski tour customers often ride a PWC for the first time.
Accidents can happen as soon as the customer starts the jet-ski.
This is why JetCon PWC safety system automatic geofence control can give you piece of mind.
Up to three geofences can be set from any fixed point on the map.
Each may be programmed to constrain all your customer jet-skis to low rpm only within the geofence zone.
An additional zone can be set inside the geofence to allow, for example, full rpm drive-on docking.
Slowdown or stop all jet-skis, simultaneously, instantly!
Out of the geofence, full RPM is enabled, giving free speed to the client. From this point, dangerous situations can occur anytime, anywhere.
In these situations, JetCon PWC safety system provides you the ability to take control immediately and instantly, at the press of a button, reducing collision and accidents.
Automatic control at all times
Even with greater vigilance, Jet-Ski guides cannot constantly watch all jet-ski’s simultaneously.
Adrenaline-pumped riders can get too close at full speed or cross paths of other jet-skis too closely.
This is where Jetcon Anti Collision System (ACS) takes automatic action to slow the jet-ski on a collision course, reducing dramatically accidents and injuries.
Record the entire tour in the background
The JetCon PWC safety system also provides the ability to record everything during the tour, including position, course, speed and more in the background.
The entire tour can be subsequently replayed with a dedicated app for investigation if necessary.
From the master jet-ski, the tour operator can stop, re-enable or force idle RPM on all jet-skis simultaneously, at the simple touch of a button. On the map view page, the operator may continuously monitor all jet-ski positions.
There are many variables which may affect the RF environment, however our range tests estimate an average of 5NM line-of-sight.
GSM coverage is not required to operate the system. However, connection to internet is required once a month to refresh the maps within the JetCon app as Google Maps expire every 30 days.
Depending on the island height and topography, you may temporarily lose the position target.
